Once you have read our process and guidelines and wish to proceed to make application on your new home, please follow the next link to a full copy of the application packet forms. Each person over the age of 18 is required to fill out a separate set of application forms, sign and return to Genesis Masters with the required application fee of $50 per applicant.  The application fee must be presented with the application and must be in certified funds form. No applications will be screened unless all forms are complete, signed, and have the application fee attached.
